- Analyze horizon scanning data to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to transform foresight insights into actionable R&D initiatives
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present visionary scenarios to stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Document foresight methodologies and maintain a living technology trends database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation impact (patents, launches, case studies)
