Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-AI integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Identify and synthesize emerging tech signals from global innovation ecosystems
- Design ethical governance protocols for neural interface technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype biomaterial innovations for climate resilience
- Present disruptive opportunity assessments to C-suite and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proven track record of turning foresight into commercialized innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Deep familiarity with UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030+ framework
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofed solutions
