Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships for ecosystem expansion
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with global teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Millennium Project)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning tools
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation strategies
