Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends

- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors

- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into commercial products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize multidisciplinary information
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
