- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business opportunities
- Produce thought leadership content including trend reports and predictive frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate 2026-viable product concepts
- Advocate ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, Web3, climate tech, or neurotech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
