Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech trends and disruptive forces through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and domain experts
- Produce evidence-based future scenarios and innovation playbooks for Fortune 500 clients
- Build predictive models for market disruption and adoption curves
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks and sustainable development principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio of published futures scenarios or tech forecasting projects
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS)
