Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points

- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives and track adoption curves

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready solutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
