Responsibilities
- Architect strategic 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive industry shifts
- Develop patentable innovation frameworks integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum applications
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Mentor R&D teams in future-proof technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (3+ articles)
