Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at top-tier tech or research institutions
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or predictive modeling
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, decentralized governance
- Proven track record securing >$25M in government/private research funding
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy landscapes (US/EU/Asia)
