- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership content for C-suite stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption landscapes
- Mentor R&D teams in applying foresight methodologies to real-world challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, tech consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with AI ethics, circular economy models, or climate tech ecosystems
