Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and technological convergence points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to incubate moonshot projects with C-suite and R&D teams
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts impacting 2026 business landscape
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate future-proof R&D pipelines
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members to secure innovation funding
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 5-year foresight track record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with innovation specialization
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (neurotech, climate tech, Web3)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or societal impact of AI
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent methodology training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 3+ future-oriented initiatives
