Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global tech adoption and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Author strategic whitepapers on future workforce automation and human augmentation trends
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups in frontier tech
- Build predictive models for consumer behavior shifts in metaverse and Web3 ecosystems
- Advise leadership on geopolitical risks affecting global tech supply chains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
