Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching breakthrough products aligned with future market trajectories
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, academic institutions, and policy bodies
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption assessments across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate future visions to stakeholders
- Oversee R&D portfolio allocation for high-potential emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or long-term strategic planning
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities using tools like Foresight Platform or Polaris
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Global network connections in innovation ecosystems and venture capital
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
