Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year strategic foresight framework for technological and market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into product development roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business models
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
