- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Author thought leadership reports and represent Horizon Dynamics at global future-focused forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Mentor internal teams on strategic foresight methodologies and future-proofing frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking gravitas
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
