Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security solutions and climate-adaptive infrastructure
- Author quarterly Foresight Briefs distributed to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Curate and analyze emerging tech signals (AI ethics, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Design immersive foresight workshops using VR/AR to visualize 2026 societal shifts
- Manage innovation sprints with venture partners to incubate next-gen market disruptors
- Present findings at global forums like Davos and World Economic Summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight projects with measurable impact on organizational transformation
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and scenario planning software (STELLA, Vensim)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech convergence points
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) or advanced degree from Singularity University
- Portfolio demonstrating successful forecasting of at least three major tech disruptions since 2020
- Exceptional communication skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences and policy makers
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publication
