Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or related professional designation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
