Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to synthesize future insights into product development
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term future scenarios
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and societal impact
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, renewable energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or ISPI)
