Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Measure and communicate innovation ROI through KPIs and impact assessments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and technical teams
- Experience facilitating strategic workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Portfolio demonstrating complex systems thinking and trend analysis projects
