What you'll impact: Lead cross-functional teams to develop future-proof business models, identify disruptive opportunities, and drive R&D initiatives for our AI, quantum computing, and biotech divisions. Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Design and implement innovation frameworks across global R&D teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for industry stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies in core business operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in future technology (whitepapers/articles)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
