Qualifications
- PhD in Systems Theory, Futures Studies, or equivalent with 10+ years foresight experience
- Published peer-reviewed research on quantum-social systems or neuro-ethical frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ billion-dollar future-ready initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling
- Fluency in at least two emerging programming languages (e.g., Rust, Julia)
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
