Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to map 2026+ strategic horizons
- Develop and implement enterprise innovation frameworks, including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech adoption
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and boards via compelling narratives
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
- Drive patent development and open innovation partnerships with global research institutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, biotech, quantum)
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking acumen
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, journals, books)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth tech environments
