Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year innovation strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with stakeholders across global teams
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Build and lead an innovation incubator program for prototype development and testing
- Establish metrics to track innovation ROI and adapt strategies based on emerging data
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques, trend analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
