Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen products/services
- Design and implement future-proof business models for 2026 market readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging technology applications
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term planning processes
- Build and lead an internal innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable systems integration
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state concept development
