Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks to expand our innovation ecosystem
- Manage the innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company vision
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and their societal impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CPS) preferred
- Experience building and managing innovation labs or incubators
