Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and execute enterprise innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI tracking
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster design thinking and rapid prototyping initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion agile methodologies and lean innovation practices across 15+ departments
- Drive sustainability and ethical tech integration into all innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or ventures
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Design Thinking, Scrum, or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience scaling innovation labs in high-growth environments
