Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams and key stakeholders
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for board and investor communications
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Represent company at global foresight forums and technology summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
