Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and social disruptions
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate C-level strategy sessions on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation incubation program
- Author visionary white papers and thought leadership content
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in futures studies or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology-driven societal shifts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation, or related field
