Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting our 2026 strategic objectives
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation projects aligned with future market demands
- Present visionary scenarios to executive leadership and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to accelerate foresight capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging technology ethics and governance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking and agile strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Davos, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
