Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward insights into development pipelines
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business operations and infrastructure
- Author thought leadership reports on industry transformation and competitive positioning
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments impacting future markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (provide case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) required
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic foresight projects
