Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning models for clients in AI, biotech, and climate resilience sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-state opportunities
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms (Web3, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-facing product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to investment committees with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain proprietary foresight database using machine learning pattern recognition
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption mitigation and innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
