Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops with C-level stakeholders to prepare for complex futures
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Lead cross-functional teams executing pilot projects for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Build and maintain a proprietary intelligence network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advose on regulatory frameworks and ethical implications of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal implications
- Experience managing global research teams and publishing in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent professional credential
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformation initiatives launched through strategic foresight
