Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks, analyzing emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making and stakeholder communication
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Design and facilitate immersive future-visioning workshops for leadership teams and key stakeholders
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through data-driven modeling and predictive analytics
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future-focused initiatives
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
