Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying 2026+ trends in emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops to stress-test future scenarios with C-level stakeholders
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-powered analytics
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in futures research tools: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics Modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
