Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to map 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and opportunity capture
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Design strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, etc.)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and trend databases
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
