- Coordinate with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Present at global forums including CES, Web Summit, and Davos-style retreats
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend forecasts
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or unicorn companies on strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
