- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision execution
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent Nexus at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio published in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Spanish preferred)
