Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, academic partners, and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced business strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
