Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze 2026-relevant technological disruptions (quantum AI, bio-integration, spatial computing)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating 2025-2030 transition periods
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Produce whitepapers on emerging tech paradigms and their business implications
- Manage a portfolio of 2026-focused innovation pilots with $5M+ budgets
- Mentor junior futurists on trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at global conferences
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 2020s-era trend predictions
