Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptors, and global trends through 2030
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Conduct high-impact research and publish thought leadership on disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with executive stakeholders to align on long-term vision
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry influencers
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and competitive analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience publishing thought leadership in industry publications or academic journals
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar institution) preferred
