Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports with quantitative risk assessments and opportunity matrices
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Design organizational frameworks to foster future-ready culture and adaptive capabilities
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
