Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term product roadmaps and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Design innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Advise on regulatory implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in predicting technological disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in industry publications (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
