Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026 commercialization pathways
- Design and lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for sustainable futures
- Present foresight reports at global summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor junior futurists in our FutureLeaders program
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Publish quarterly trend briefs in our industry journal
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling (e.g., Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in tech or futurism (MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Gartner Hype Cycle, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with agile/lean innovation methodologies
