- Produce annual horizon scanning reports analyzing geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions (e.g., brain-computer interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for cutting-edge R&D
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members to secure innovation funding
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech experience essential)
