Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate futuristic concepts into product development
- Produce strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on disruptive technology trends
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption rates of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in emerging domains
- Represent the organization at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technological trends
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting visionary concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
