You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies to decode emerging technologiesâfrom quantum computing to neural interfacesâand translate complex insights into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation horizons
- Anticipate emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR) through horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future-ready technologies into core products
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex futures to non-technical audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
