Responsibilities

- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive market opportunities
- Present technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
- Mentor emerging tech talent in our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published work on technological disruption or innovation economics
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
