Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech insights into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Curate and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging tech risks and opportunities for board-level decision-making
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, quantum, Web3, or biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and innovation methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global research communities
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading strategic initiatives at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
