Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, robotics, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and investment communities
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech summits
