Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and scientific breakthroughs to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating cutting-edge solutions with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-oriented thinking and scenario planning
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling experience
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems
